1) Images made digitally on a apple Mac, layering shapes Textures & colors (like a collage) as a foundation. Drawing & painting direct into Mac using graphics tablet.
2) Each image take between 1.5 and 2 hours to produce.
3) Images printed on high quality semi gloss paper made by Ilford.
4) We use pigment based inks as opposed to usual dye based inks. This means they will last many years (50+) without fading or discolouring (treat it well though)
5) We mount all images on quality Daler-Rowney mount board.

We have provided you with 3 methods of payment.

Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Visa Debit (Delta) , Visa Electron, Maestro. Please note that we DO NOT have access to your card details. Your card transactions are dealt with securely through Nochex Ltd.
PayPal: Use PayPal if you have an account with them. Even if you don't have one you can choose this option and use your Credit or Debit card. Again, we do not get access to your account or card details.
Cheque: (UK only) You will have to allow 3 to 5 days for cheque to clear before orders are processed.

Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed; simply contact us explaining what you wish to change.

Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed; simply send us an email, including all the relevant details, asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Custom-made items
We cannot accept refunds for items which are made to order specifically for you (like prints or other artwork) unless they are faulty or incorrect through our error. We will specifically indicate this to you at time of order confirmation.

Coupon Redemption

Delivery
All orders are packaged with great care to ensure safe delivery. All orders are delivered via Royal Mail ‘Recorded’ or Standard First Class Delivery service.

Delivery cost
Royal mail have started to charge according to size as well as weight. Obviously we don't make any money on shipping. We do subsidize international delivery costs when an order is over £50. The price list below is for Royal Mail's standard First class mail. For recorded Delivery (Signed for) Add £0.70 for UK and £3.50 for International.

Delivery Time
Orders are usually received within 3-5 working days for the UK and 7-14 days for international deliveries. We will always try to accommodate if you have a more pressing deadline, just contact us.
